Following steps are included in making of cupcake:
Step 1 Pre - heat oven to 180 Celsius .
Step 2 In a bowl sieve flour,cocoa powder and backing powder
Step 3 In other bowl beat butter ,sugar and vanilla essence and beat until it gets creamy
Step 4 Add one egg and beat
Step 5 Then add half sieved mixture and add one more egg
Step 6 Fold the remaining sieved flour
Step 7 Pour it in a muffin tray and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes
For Icing :
Step 1 Mix chocolate in cream and add vanilla essence
Step 2 Gradually add icing sugar and beat it until it gets creamy
Step 3 Pour icing into piping bag and decorate cupcake
This process is done with the help of our workers like we have one chef who use this recipe and make cupcakes along with chef we have two workers or bakers, these two help the chef for baking and we our cleaner cleans all the utensils, tools and also keeps the kitchen clean and at last when cupcakes are ready then they are delivered by our delivery boy.
